Your use of the platform constitutes unconditional consent to these terms under sections 43A and 72A of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Description of Services Kifa Lifestyle LLP provides manufacturing and wholesale services for kids wear (Girls and Boys). We may, from time to time, introduce new designs or additional services which will be subject to these Terms of Use.
Intellectual Property Rights All rights, title, and interest in and to the brand, including clothing designs, logos, and digital content, remain the exclusive property of Kifa Lifestyle LLP. No rights are granted to users other than those explicitly stated in this agreement.
User Obligations and Restrictions You agree not to misuse our services. Prohibited actions include unauthorized copying of designs, reverse engineering our processes, or using automated systems to extract data from our platform. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your business account.
Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure Kifa Lifestyle LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, such as loss of profits or data, arising from the use of our services. Furthermore, we are not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, pandemics, power outages, or internet service disruptions.
Governing Law This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. (Note: While the source specifies Mumbai, you may wish to consult legal counsel to ensure jurisdiction is set to Kolkata to match your headquarters.)
